TIG Welder – Manufacturing

Role: TIG Welder in a precision aerospace casting operation. Responsibilities Perform high-quality GTAW welding on titanium and other aerospace alloys based on blueprints, weld procedures, and engineering specifications.Set up and operate welding equipment effectively.Inspect welds using gauges and visual standards to ensure quality.Document results in compliance with quality standards.Maintain strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and aerospace quality standards.Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in TIG welding, specifically GTAW process.Experience working with titanium and aerospace alloys.Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld procedures and engineering specifications.Strong attention to detail for weld inspection and documentation.Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.Effective teamwork and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
