TIG Welder
Responsibilities
- Adds hardness beads prior to machining.
- Resolves problems with porosity, lack of fusion, voids, lack of welds etc. as they occur.
- Performs welder prep prior to welding and weld deburr.
- Operates hardness test machines.
- Able to read, understand and follow operational sketches.
- Follows policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.
Requirements
- Maintain welding certification status.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Welding experience preferred.

Pay
- Minimum starting salary $23.00.
- Shift premiums: 2nd shift: $2.00/hour, 3rd shift: $3.00/hour.
- Sign-On Bonus $3000 available for external hires.
