About the role

A Welder Fabricator welds and fabricates metal components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, pipes, and equipment. This role requires expertise in welding techniques, blueprint reading, and precision measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Shape and assemble metal components using manual or automated tools.
• Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to weld various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

Pay

$25.00 an hour
