Responsibilities
- Provide Tier III support for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Azure subscriptions, landing zones, resource groups, and platform services.
- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management configurations.
- Support monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, and operational readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud connectivity and tenant issues.
- Support infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives.
- Create automation using PowerShell and cloud-native tooling.
- Create SOPs, runbooks, and platform architecture documentation.
- Participate in service reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support KPI and SLA performance reporting.
- Cookordination escalations with Microsoft and third-party support providers.
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities for client personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure or cloud operations experience.
- 3+ years administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
- Experience with PowerShell automation.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud operations.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Successful drug screening.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
- AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect.
- Security+.
Location/Work Arrangement
- Schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday 40-hour week, 4/10’s, or 9/80’s and may require on call or overnight shifts depending on contract needs.
- This position may be fully onsite or hybrid/remote depending on the needs of the specific contract.

Pay
Starting compensation for this role typical salary ranges between $110,000 and $145,000 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
