Primary Responsibilities
- Provide services for Windows-based IT systems
- Perform assigned O&M tasks and report task progress
- Monitor dashboards, ticket queues, and handle alerts
- Perform initial triage and correlation of alerts
- Use runbooks for basic troubleshooting
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
- Escalate issues and hand off to Tier 2/3 support
- Develop and submit change requests
- Produce capacity and performance reports
- Maintain and optimize IT system performance
- Provide input on O&M task documentation
- Provide project updates to leadership
- Resolve and document customer issues
- Input on sustainment of O&M processes and procedures
- Input on disaster recovery and failover/cutover procedures
- Input on support tools and documentation
- 3 years overall IT experience
- 1+ years providing operations and administration support of Windows-based IT systems and services
- Knowledge and experience with PowerShell
- Knowledge and experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Knowledge and experience with Virtualization technology (Microsoft Hyper-V preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft administration tools (e.g., WAC, Azure Arc, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to communicate technical concepts to senior system administrators
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: Active Secret Clearance
- Required: Security+ CE
- Within 90 days of hire: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Within six months of hire: Microsoft Certified: Azure Admin Associate

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually.
Schedule
The anticipated schedule is a hybrid model with split time between the government site and contractor facility.
