Tier I Shift Supervisor

About the role

Tier I Shift Supervisors are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their team during shift hours. They ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and that the team adheres to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members to ensure they meet performance standards and deadlines.
• Resolve issues and conflicts among team members.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
• Train new team members as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with time management and project planning tools.
