Position Summary

The Ticket Seller provides outstanding customer service while accurately selling and processing tickets for athletic events, concerts, and special events. This role operates ticketing software, processes payments, and assists guests with ticket-related inquiries.

About The Venue

The new Ryan Field will create a world-class home for Northwestern University Athletics and a best-in-the-nation football experience for fans and players and be a year-round asset for the community.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets using the venue's ticketing system
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Assist guests with ticket purchases and exchanges
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales
• Provide event and seating information
• Resolve ticket-related issues professionally
• Follow all cash handling procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00
