Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positions start at the end of November and beginning of December, with availability throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various systems
• Guide guests with recommendations and information about the resort
• Train and support staff in sales, operations, and guest service
• Handle opening/closing procedures and money drops
• Provide exceptional service with positive guest interactions
• Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of on‑mountain sales locations
• Manage inventory and supply levels
• Lead pre‑shift meetings and attend relevant resort meetings
• Assist with scheduling and breaks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Resort and sales experience or at least one year of related work experience
