About the role
Assist in managing and leading the ticket sales team for UAB Athletics and the Athletics Ticket Office to grow ticket sales revenues.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to renewal accounts and generate new business through new season ticket and group sales.
- Build, manage, and assign season ticket renewal portfolios for the sales team.
- Build and distribute leads of past ticket purchasers.
- Help create season ticket and group ticket sales plans and forecasts.
- Upload leads, manage portfolios, and work with Salesforce to create reports and pacing dashboards.
- Assist in generating season ticket, single game, and group ticket sales reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of related experience.
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Pay
Salary Range: $18.85 - $20.00 per hour.
