Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with Native American Tribes preferred
- Knowledge of tribal economic development principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
