TI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of all project activities—schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor performance—specific to tenant improvement scopes.
• Proactively identify and communicate conditions that may impact project delivery; escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Prepare and review project documentation including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead weekly project meetings with clients, tenant reps, subcontractors, and consultants; document and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor awards, and vendor coordination specific to fast-track interiors work.
• Ensure timely and accurate client billing, subcontractor invoicing, and coordination with accounting teams.
• Track, submit, and gain approvals for all change orders; assess impacts to schedule and budget.
• Clock final project closeout including punch lists, warranty documents, and client turnover.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and field personnel throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor, with a strong emphasis on interior fit-outs, renovations, or tenant improvement work.
• Field supervision experience (Superintendent, PE, APM) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-detail projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, tenant plans, and construction documents.
• Ability to travel between office and active job sites as needed.
