Thunder Jet Boat Pre-Assembler
About the role
The purpose of a Boat Assembler is to finish boats by assembling and fitting together the components of the boat, such as installation of the motor, rigging and other parts. They are responsible for assembling the boats interior. Working with and installing 12-volt electrical components, hatches, doors, seating, for all boat models and completing all aspects of the boat according to the safety and compliance requirements. They ensure that the boat meets all required design and standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Understand electrical wiring schematics, work orders, and work instructions while being highly organized in part assembly.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools.
- Shape, mount, cut, clamp and install various fittings.
- Work effectively on their own, as well as in a team environment.
- Aptitude to learn mechanical components and assembly.
- Work in an innovative team environment to produce the highest quality of aluminum boats on the market.
- Good time management.
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in using low voltage wiring or mechanical field or a high willingness to learn.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this position is grade 2.0-2.5 $19.20-$21.00 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
