Thunder Jet Upholster/ Assembler

Position Overview

As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, the upholstery team member will be tasked with responsibilities that will include assembling and preparing the seats.

Essential Functions

• Work with tools, materials, and equipment to build respective components while maintaining a high-quality standard.
• Contribute to all areas of the upholstery process.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of a variety of hand/power tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Product design and fabrication experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Frequent talking, hearing, seeing, sitting.
• Regularly standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing, using arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
• Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.

Pay Range

The anticipated pay range for this position ranges grade 2.5 $20.20-$21.00. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
