Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and grade donations such as textiles, housewares, electronics, shoes, and accessories.
- Tag, price, and organize items according to company standards to meet production goals.
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including organizing for e-commerce and clearance departments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Aid donors by accepting donations, issuing receipts, and ensuring donation areas are organized.
- Support team efforts to maximize efficiency, productivity, and store organization.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, retail, donation processing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and respectful service skills are essential.
- The ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures is mandatory.
