Responsibilities

• Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
• Teach beginning reading and math skills
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Requirements

• Experience working with 3 year olds in a daycare or preschool setting.
• DCF 45 hours
• CPR and First Aid certification

• Focusing on creating a safe and engaging environment for young children (age 2 years)
• Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Comfortable working closely with parents and other staff members to support each child’s growth and development

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
