About the role

A Medical Director position is available at Three Gables Surgery Center in Proctorville, Ohio. This facility is part of St. Mary’s Medical Center and offers a wide range of same-day surgeries including orthopedic, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmology, podiatry, and pain management.

Responsibilities

• Medical Direction of all surgical cases
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Manage a diverse caseload including ophthalmology, orthopedic, ENT, general, podiatry, plastics, and neuro

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in anesthesiology
• Experience managing ambulatory surgery centers preferred

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases

Skills

• Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Experience with surgical case scheduling and coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$480,000 Base + $15,000 Medical Director Stipend

Monday – Friday 7a-3p; no call; no weekends; no holidays
