Role Overview

This position requires leading threat management and managed detection and response (MDR) services, focusing on strategy, platform operations, and service modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the threat management roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years in cybersecurity, including leadership in security operations, threat management, or managed security services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Deep experience in Network Detection and Response (NDR).
• Detection engineering.
• SIEM/SOAR integration.
• Incident response.
• Cyber defense strategies aligned with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience managing 24×7 security operations.
• Ability to guide and scale security capabilities.
• Travel as needed.
