Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of novel therapeutic approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance drug discovery programs
• Support clinical trials and regulatory submissions
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical research or related fields
• Strong understanding of pharmacology and drug development processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in drug development
• Experience with preclinical and clinical trial design
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
