Thought Leader Liaison, Nephrology, Northeast

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with KOLs in Nephrology
• Manage and engage with KOLs and support advocacy efforts
• Lead brand activities at national and regional conferences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engagement strategies
• Provide market insights for marketing and product strategy
• Support KOL speaker training and manage speaker bureau relationships

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech in customer-facing roles
• 5+ years in thought leader engagement or medical affairs
• 3+ years working specifically in Nephrology
• Strong existing relationships with KOLs
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
