Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new therapeutic strategies
- Support the regulatory submission process for new drug candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical research and development
- Strong understanding of pharmacology and drug discovery principles
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of drug development lifecycle
- Experience with statistical analysis software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
