Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor student-athletes in running skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Develop practice plans and coordinate training sessions.
• Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players.
• Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence.
• Showing up on time is huge!
• Will be living in the team house during the season to monitor the student athletes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and your ability to recruit.
