Third Shift Warehouse Loader

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to select correct products
• Label product using WMS label technology
• Palletize product to build customer orders
• Deliver product to the dock safely and efficiently
• Operate WMS unit to create labels and correctly place labels on product
• Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures (no stacking heavy‑on‑light, labels facing out, etc.)
• Operate or be trained to operate an electric walk‑behind pallet jack
• Shrink‑wrap product on the loading dock
• Stage pallets for loading at proper dock locations
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jack and WMS unit
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and safely operate all mechanical equipment
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Listen and follow direction/coaching of direct supervisor
• Learn and understand WMS system
• Good listening and attention to detail
• Able to work at 35°F temperatures for entire shift
• Able to constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack, retrieving items from lower shelf areas
• Frequently lift product weighing 1‑75 pounds
• Regularly reach up to 72 inches

Schedule

Working 5/7 p.m. until end-of-shift. Overtime hours and working weekends and holidays are required.

Working Conditions

The job requires working in areas with temperature ranging from 35°F wet/dry to 55°F.
