Third Shift Product Assembler Technician (STC)

What You’ll Do

• You’ll assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications
• You’ll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
• You’ll install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards
• You’ll troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
• You’ll complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location
• You’ll communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads
• You’ll follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight
