About the role

St. Aloysius Catholic School is accepting applications for a Third Grade Long Term Substitute Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The position will run from August 2026 to December 2026.

Responsibilities

- Teach third-grade curriculum - Implement classroom management strategies - Collaborate with other teachers and staff - Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate - Strong communication skills - Experience working with children - Commitment to Catholic education values

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - At least two years of teaching experience - Knowledge of Common Core State Standards
