Responsibilities

  • SPC Process monitoring
  • Responding to lot disposition from tool faults
  • Identifying and addressing potential quality impact to products
  • Supporting engineering products including process development and tool qualification
  • Setting up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD area
  • Working closely with operators and providing training and support if needed
  • Reviewing defect maps and SPC charts
  • Understanding how to verify tool logs in all toolsets

Requirements

  • Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and 3 years of semiconductor process experience in Thin Films
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and able to react to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in a clean room for extended periods (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility for urgent technical support (occasionally off hours)

Qualifications

  • Experience in thin films operation
  • Experience in hold lot disposition in any fab environment area
  • Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment

  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes

Pay

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35.

Schedule

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
