Responsibilities
- SPC Process monitoring
- Responding to lot disposition from tool faults
- Identifying and addressing potential quality impact to products
- Supporting engineering products including process development and tool qualification
- Setting up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD area
- Working closely with operators and providing training and support if needed
- Reviewing defect maps and SPC charts
- Understanding how to verify tool logs in all toolsets
Requirements
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and 3 years of semiconductor process experience in Thin Films
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and able to react to shifting priorities
- Ability to work in a clean room for extended periods (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for urgent technical support (occasionally off hours)
Qualifications
- Experience in thin films operation
- Experience in hold lot disposition in any fab environment area
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment

Pay
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35.
Schedule
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
