Thermoplastic Panel Fabrication Technician

About the role

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a Thermoplastic Panel Fabrication Technician to join their team in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer fabrication and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to fabricate thermoplastic panels
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment
• Perform quality checks on fabricated panels
• Work with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in polymer fabrication or related field
• Knowledge of thermoplastic materials and processes
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines and other fabrication tools
• Basic understanding of CAD software
• Good communication and teamwork skills
