About the role

Join our Thermal Spray Operator team in East Windsor, CT. Responsible for setting up and operating thermal spray equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Apply thermal spray coatings on various customer components.
  • Follow verbal and engineering operation sheet instructions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Maintain equipment for proper operation and cleanliness.
  • Notify maintenance of any problems.
  • Reading micrometers.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Lifting 10-15lbs on average, maximum 40lbs.
  • Able to work overtime as required.

Qualifications
