Thermal Analyst
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: The job description paragraph after title: "This role provides technical leadership..." That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities bullet points. We'll put
Responsibilities
then- each. - Requirements: The posting includes "Essential Skills" which are basically requirements. Also "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what to put where. We have essential skills (education, years experience, specific experiences). Those could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Additional skills could go under Qualifications or Skills. We also have a separate "Skills" list (essential skills includes many skills). Might be redundant. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one Requirements section covering essential skills and additional skills. But we have separate headings allowed; we can choose to include only those with substantive content. We have Pay: explicit pay range $60-$110/hr. So we need Pay section. Schedule: mention 9/80 work schedule. So Schedule section. Benefits: list of benefits given. So Benefits section. Qualifications: maybe we can put education and experience under Qualifications. But we also have Skills. Could put technical skills under Skills. Let's decide: - Requirements: maybe the eligibility for security clearance etc? Actually "Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance." That's a requirement. Also "Eligibility for required security clearance processes." Might be duplicate. - Qualifications: education (Bachelor's degree), years experience, etc. - Skills: specific analysis skills, software experience, communication skills, teamwork, problem solving. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Let's extract content. About the role paragraph: "This role provides technical leadership in mechanical analysis for complex electronic systems across a broad portfolio of aerospace, defense, intelligence, cyber, and space programs. You will perform high-quality structural and thermal analyses, guide design optimization, and support both local and remote programs. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute directly to mission-critical systems that support national security and public safety." Responsibilities list: each bullet from "Provide technical leadership..." to "Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture..." We'll list each as
- .
Essential Skills list: many items. We'll maybe split: Requirements (education, years experience, eligibility for clearance) and Qualifications (proven experience in modal, random vibration, shock, static, steady-state, transient heat transfer, hands-on experience with software, understanding principles, communication skills, teamwork, eligibility for clearance). Additional Skills & Qualifications: experience with aerospace/defense systems, familiarity with electronic warfare, etc., experience supporting multiple programs, leading small teams, mentoring, problem solving, comfort in matrixed organization, interest in professional development.
We could combine all into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we need to avoid duplication.
Simplify: Use three sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. About the role maybe as a paragraph before sections; but we need heading for About the role if we include. The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role heading. Thus final HTML:

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $110.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, which typically provides every other Friday off, supporting work–life balance while maintaining support for long-term, multi-year programs.
We should not include sections like Requirements if we didn't use. We used Qualifications and Skills. That's fine. Check for any boilerplate: we removed Job ID, application instructions, EEO, legal, etc. We kept the description about Work Environment? Not included as a section; but we could incorporate some of that into About the role or maybe a separate section like Work Environment but not required. The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content about work environment (9/80 schedule, facilities, locations, dress expectations). We already used Schedule for 9/80. The rest about facilities, locations, dress expectations could be omitted or maybe included in About the role? But we already used About the role for initial paragraph. Could add another paragraph about work environment under About the role? Might be okay to extend About the role paragraph to include that info. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can include it as part of About the role if we want. But we already used About the role for the initial description; we could add anotherunder same heading? The instruction: use
for section headings and
for prose. We can have multiple
under same heading. So we can add a second
under About the role covering work environment details: facilities, locations, dress expectations, career growth, etc. That would preserve all substantive info. Let's extract work environment paragraph: "The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, which typically provides every other Friday off, supporting work–life balance while maintaining support for long-term, multi-year programs. You will work in modern engineering facilities equipped with advanced analysis tools and software, including Siemens Simcenter 3D/NX, NASTRAN, Ansys Mechanical, and Ansys Icepak. The environment emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a strong team culture, where employees share ideas, support each other, and contribute to mission-driven projects that impact national security, public safety, and critical infrastructure. Opportunities exist to sit at several engineering centers across the United States, including locations in New Hampshire, New Jersey, Virginia, Texas, California, Indiana, and New York. The organization supports career growth through technical training, leadership development, and cross-functional mobility, providing a stable setting with exposure to advanced technologies across air, land, sea, cyber, and space domains. Dress expectations align with a professional engineering environment and may vary slightly by site, but generally support a business-casual standard suitable for on-site laboratory and office work." We already used Schedule for 9/80; we could still mention schedule in About the role but we have separate Schedule section; better to keep schedule section and not duplicate. So we can omit the 9/80 sentence from About the role paragraph and keep schedule section separate. The rest of work environment can go under About the role as additional paragraph(s). Let's do that. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the initial role description, second the work environment details (excluding schedule). We'll need to ensure we don't repeat schedule. Let's craft second paragraph: "You will work in modern engineering facilities equipped with advanced analysis tools and software, including Siemens Simcenter 3D/NX, NASTRAN, Ansys Mechanical, and Ansys Icepak. Dress expectations align with a professional engineering environment and may vary slightly by site, but generally support a business-casual standard suitable for on-site laboratory and office work." Now schedule section separate. Check for any other content: Job Type & Location: "This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX." Could be included maybe under About the role or a separate section like Job Type but not required headings. Could add a paragraph under About the role about contract position and location. But we have location Austin, TX maybe relevant. Could add to About the role paragraph. However we already have location in work environment (list includes Texas). But specific Austin, TX not in list. Could add a sentence: "This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX." Might be worth preserving. We could add to About the role as a third paragraph. But we must avoid duplication. Let's add a third paragraph under
