About the role
Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Therapy Tech for our Inpatient Rehab Department, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities
- Physically assists staff with direct patient care.
- Maintains equipment and inventories supplies and equipment.
- Maintains an environment conducive to patient care, cleanliness, and patient/staff safety.
- Performs other operational tasks in response to the needs of the rehab department.
- Contributes to Process Improvement Process.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Maryland preferred.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a therapy/rehab setting or healthcare setting preferred.
- Students who are looking to advance to PT or PA school a plus.
Work Schedule
- Typical Daily Schedule: Weekends, 20 hours a week, Saturday and Sunday.
- Shift Type: Day.

Pay
- Pay Range: $18.80 - $24.18.
