Therapy Supervisor (LCSW-C or LCPC)

About the role

The Therapy Supervisor is a compassionate, results-driven professional responsible for managing counseling services under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinical staff and interns
• Evaluate staff performance through coaching and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with ethical, federal, and state standards
• Maintain quality patient care by monitoring treatment plans and clinical productivity
• Provide clinical oversight and collaborate with support staff

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline (LCSW-C preferred)
• Current unrestricted license
• Minimum of three years’ behavioral health experience (FQHC and supervisory experience preferred)
• Active CPR certification

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Effective communication and team collaboration

Schedule

Flexible work hours with occasional travel.

Pay

$70,000–$96,000 per year.
