Therapy Supervisor (LCSW-C or LCPC)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will manage counseling services, evaluate clinical outcomes, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards. This role involves working primarily in an office environment with some travel, and duties may evolve over time to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff and interns
• Supervising staff performance, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions
• Reviewing caseloads, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality treatment plans
• Providing direct patient care by evaluating psychosocial conditions and developing treatment plans
• Acting as a representative at meetings and collaborating with support staff and providers
• Ensuring adherence to clinic protocols, ethical standards, and legal requirements
• Monitoring staff compliance with continuing education and licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline; LCSW-C preferred
• Current unrestricted professional license and CPR certification
• At least three years of behavioral health experience, including supervisory roles
• Experience in FQHC, public health, or community health settings preferred
