Therapy Scheduling Coordinator
Full-time position in Bettendorf, Iowa. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

As a Therapy Scheduling Coordinator, you will provide high-level patient care by coordinating and scheduling physical therapy appointments in a friendly and efficient manner. ORA holds all staff members accountable for providing high-level care, maintaining patient confidentiality, and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patients for physical and orthopedic occupational therapy.
- Provide patients with information about ORA Physical Therapy services, physical therapists, and what to expect from their physical therapy treatments.
- Track and manage inbound and outbound therapy orders.
- Manage the therapy scheduling queue.
- Complete pending insurance verifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service and appointment scheduling experience in a medical office or therapy clinic is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Travel to various ORA Physical Therapy clinic locations is required.
