Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and relieve pain.
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver optimal care.
• Adhere to regulations and policies to ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Provide clinical supervision and serve as a clinical instructor for students.
• Develop and update patient’s Plan of Care (POC) based on evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• CA Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
