Therapy/ PTA/ OTA
Job Summary
The Therapy (PTA, OTA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the Therapy Director. The Therapist at East Troy Manor completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

$40-$50, Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- A graduate of an approved education course for occupational therapy assistants.
- Licensed, if applicable, in the state in which they will be practicing.
- Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal program.
- Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
- Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company.
- Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF or LTC setting.
- Thorough knowledge of all payer source documentation and payment requirements.
- Able to use analytical skills to develop outcome driven solutions.
- Prior EMR/computer experience
Qualifications
- Must be in good standing on the State registry or appropriate entity
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Previous hospital or long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- CPR Certified
