Therapy Program Director
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Overview maybe not needed? But we can treat Overview as "About the role"? The posting has Overview paragraph. Could be considered "About the role". Use h3 for section headings. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. We have Overview (About the role), Responsibilities, Qualifications (includes Job Summary, Licenses and Certifications, Education, Experience), Roles And Responsibilities (duplicate of responsibilities?), Physical Requirements, maybe Benefits/Pay/Schedule are mentioned: "Hourly Rate: 40-48/hr + Biannual Bonus Plan Weekly pay, health and dental after your first month, student loan repayment, a competitive 401(k) match, and more!" That's Pay, Benefits, Schedule (Monday-Friday, No Weekend or Holidays!). So we need sections for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Also maybe "Skills"? Not explicit. We'll include only those with content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like GET IN TOUCH etc. Also remove duplicated lines. The posting includes "Responsibilities" heading then later "Roles And Responsibilities". We'll combine responsibilities content.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So include orientation paragraph, responsibilities list, qualifications summary, licenses, education, experience, roles and responsibilities list, physical requirements, pay, benefits, schedule.
We must use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide which content is list vs prose. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. We'll make
. Qualifications: maybe prose for Job Summary, then separate sub-sections? Could treat Licenses and Certifications as list, Education as list, Experience as list. But we can keep as prose with . However instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we must use ul. For qualifications, we have list-like items: Licenses and Certifications, Education, Experience. Could treat each as
. But we also have a Job Summary paragraph. We'll do: Qualifications
then Job Summary ...
then ? Not allowed? Only h3 for section headings. We cannot use other headings. So we need to keep within h3 sections only. So we can have one Qualifications section containing paragraphs and lists. That's fine.
Similarly Responsibilities: we have a paragraph intro? Actually after "Responsibilities" heading there is a paragraph describing the role and then bullet list? The text: "Responsibilities Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Therapy Program Director to LEAD our teams at Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Mocksville, NC! This position is open to only Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) at this time only* Setting: Senior LivingSchedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekend or Holidays!Hourly Rate: 40-48/hr + Biannual Bonus Plan Weekly pay, health and dental after your first month, student loan repayment, a competitive 401(k) match, and more! Make a living while you make a difference at Synchrony Rehab – a senior living provider with the continuous goal of being the Best Healthcare Company in The Midwest." That's actually a mix of responsibilities and other info. Then later "Roles And Responsibilities" with bullet list. We'll combine.
We need to extract substantive info:
Overview paragraph: "We believe in setting our employees up for success. That’s why we believe in providing an orientation personalized to your work environment. Even when your orientation period ends, you can rest assured that the Synchrony team will always have your back."
Responsibilities: The role is to lead teams at Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, setting Senior Living, schedule Monday-Friday no weekend/holidays, hourly rate 40-48/hr + biannual bonus, weekly pay, health/dental after first month, student loan repayment, competitive 401k match, etc. Also "Make a living while you make a difference..." but that's fluff.
Then Roles And Responsibilities bullet list:

Benefits: Weekly pay, health and dental after your first month, student loan repayment, a competitive 401(k) match, and more!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekend or Holidays!
We also have location: Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, Mocksville, NC. Could be included in Overview or Responsibilities. We'll include in Responsibilities paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like "GET IN TOUCH Katy (336) 850-9266", "#rehab". Also remove duplicated lines.
Now construct HTML:
About the role
We believe in setting our employees up for success. That’s why we believe in providing an orientation personalized to your work environment. Even when your orientation period ends, you can rest assured that the Synchrony team will always have your back.
But maybe "About the role" is not exactly in posting; but we can use it as heading for overview. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for overview.
Then Responsibilities: we need to include both the descriptive paragraph and the bullet list. We'll do:
Responsibilities
Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Therapy Program Director to lead our teams at Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Mocksville, NC. This position is open to only Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) at this time. Setting: Senior Living. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, no weekends or holidays. Hourly rate: $40‑$48/hr plus a biannual bonus plan. Weekly pay, health and dental benefits after the first month, student loan repayment, a competitive 401(k) match, and more.
- Design and implement therapy programs and protocols that align with the facility’s mission, goals, and standards of care.
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.

- Meets the requirements of the specific therapy discipline to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials and/or license.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
But note we already mentioned schedule and pay in the paragraph; we will also have separate sections for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. To avoid duplication, we could keep the paragraph brief without those details, and then have separate sections. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the pay, benefits, schedule somewhere. If we put them in separate sections, we must not duplicate. We could include them only in the specific sections and not repeat in Responsibilities paragraph. But then we would lose the mention of schedule and pay in responsibilities paragraph. However the responsibilities paragraph originally includes schedule and pay as part of the job description; we could keep them there and then also have separate sections? That would duplicate. Better to keep the responsibilities paragraph focused on role description (leading teams, setting, etc.) and move schedule, pay, benefits to their own sections. But we need to preserve all info; we can still include schedule, pay, benefits in their sections, and not mention them in responsibilities paragraph. However the responsibilities paragraph originally includes schedule and pay; if we omit them, we are losing that info from that section but it's still present elsewhere. That's acceptable as we preserve all info overall.
Thus responsibilities paragraph: "Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Therapy Program Director to lead our teams at Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Mocksville, NC. This position is open to only Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) at this time. Setting: Senior Living."
Then we will have separate sections for Pay, Benefits, Schedule.
