Therapy Program Director

Responsibilities

• Set up personalized orientations for new employees.
• Lead the Dynamic Rehab team at Parc at Sharon Amity and Willow Ridge Memory Care.
• Manage therapy programs and protocols to align with facility’s mission, goals, and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.
• Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget.
• Organize and facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Deliver skilled rehab services within the scope of credentials and/or license.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state licensure in respective discipline (Physical/ Occupational Therapy, Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology).
• Current valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services.
• Education: Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
