Therapy Program Director

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Therapy Program Director to join our team at Cranberry House, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community in Newland, NC!
• We welcome applications from PT, PTA, OT, and COTA candidates.

Qualifications

• Job Summary: The Therapy Program Director (PD) is responsible for directing clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatient care.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state licensure in respective discipline. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services.
