About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional VTE care path expert to enhance clinical knowledge
  • Liaise with physicians and staff to optimize VTE programs
  • Manage key accounts across multiple regions effectively
  • Develop and execute innovative education strategies and clinical programs
  • Coordinate account education initiatives and ensure continual communication with sales teams
  • Identify opportunities for KOL engagement and educational programs
  • Organize local tradeshows and execute initiatives to boost product awareness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in program development within hospital or medical device fields
  • Preferred BSN/RN background with roles in VTE or Stroke Coordination
  • 3+ years in clinical quality improvement and B2B marketing required
  • Strong experience in developing strategic customer initiatives
  • LEAN Sigma program management expertise is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse audience engagement
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$100,000 – $155,000 annually
