About the role
The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a full-time Call Center Specialist to handle a high volume of incoming phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing
- Transfer and take detailed messages as needed
- Schedule appointments according to physician profiles
- Assist with insurance/billing tasks
- Avoid and assist with any other task assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Rotator Cuff (ROT) or Certified Call Center Agent (CCMA) certification within 90 days of employment
- Multi-lined phone experience preferred
- Customer Service Representative experience preferred
- Some insurance/billing experience preferred
