About the role

RFS Behavioral Health is growing its school-based therapy team across Ohio. We seek licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents in their school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and clinically appropriate services
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Crisis intervention and behavioral health support
• Collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team
• Timely clinical documentation and care coordination

Requirements

• An applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
• Newly licensed and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in school-based settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Passion for making a difference in children’s lives

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in clinical software and documentation systems
• Knowledge of child development and mental health disorders

Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 annual salary
