About the role
RFS Behavioral Health is growing its school-based therapy team across Ohio. We seek licensed clinicians who want to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents by providing supportive services in their daily environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based behavioral health services including individual therapy and clinically appropriate services
- Assess and develop treatment plans
- Crisis intervention and behavioral health support
- Collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team
- Timely clinical documentation and care coordination
Requirements
- An applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
- Newly licensed and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and care coordination
Benefits
- $60,000–$65,000 annual salary
