About the role

Cypress Creek Youth Academy is a residential commitment program serving high-risk and max-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The goal is to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision using evidenced-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs aligned with the needs of each student and requests from the placing agency.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services as the primary service provider.
• Assist with the supervision of the group living staff.
• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related human services field.
• Four years of related experience in residential group living and clinical experience required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with adolescents and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and positive skill development.

Pay

Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%).
