Therapist - School Based

Responsibilities
- Completing mental health assessments on each referred student
- Providing individual and family therapy and facilitating behavioral health groups
- Collaborating with each student to create an individualized treatment plan
- Assessing students for safety and risk to self or others and taking appropriate crisis intervention measures when indicated
- Collaborating with teachers, guidance counselors, families, school administrators, and community service providers for case management and maintaining continuity of care
- Serving as a point person for the assigned schools, coordinating with staff and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Supporting a caseload of clients at the local outpatient clinic
- Thorough and timely completion of required clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Prior experience working with youth and adolescents in a professional setting
- Must be eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor or have current independent or associate-level licensure
- Valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and at least two years of driving experience

Pay
$5000 for unlicensed therapist with MSW, $7500 for current LICSW or LMHC
Schedule
Year-round, regular Monday-Friday 8am-5pm work schedule with some flexibility
