Therapist - Physical PRN

About the Role

Provides patient assessment, develops and implements treatment plans to restore functional abilities, and evaluates progress. Communicates findings, plans for discharge, and educates patients and families. May supervise students and support staff, and actively participates in performance improvement and committee activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using subjective and objective data.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Deliver treatments aligned with care goals.
• Reassess patient progress and modify plans accordingly.
• Conduct discharge planning and education.
• Document interventions thoroughly.
• Contribute to staff and student development.
• Participate in healthcare improvement initiatives.
• Support leadership and serve as a resource.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience or advanced training in relevant area.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
