About the role

This role involves evaluating and assessing patients to set functional goals, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The practitioner provides care based on established goals, educates patients and families on discharge and follow-up, and documents all interventions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience or advanced training in the relevant area
• Preferred certifications and advanced training
• Strong communication, documentation, and basic computer skills
• BLS certification within 14 days of employment
