We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Los Lunas. If you’re passionate about hands-on care, professional growth, and great patient outcomes, this is the perfect next step.
Responsibilities
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Collaborate closely with your team to optimize patient results
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community
- Document efficiently through our AI-supported EMR
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Mexico PT license (or eligibility)
- Dry Needling certification preferred but not required

Benefits
- Total Compensation: Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation (Includes base salary + monthly productivity incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement)
- Productivity incentives: Up to $2,500 per period
- Student loan reimbursement available for the right candidate

Schedule
- 3 weeks of vacation (21 days PTO)
- Paid holidays
