About the role

The position is located in the OKC/Norman area within the Mobile Response Team (MRT) program. The MRT delivers community-based crisis intervention and support, responding to individuals in behavioral health crises and connecting them to appropriate services and resources. Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, therapists engage with a multidisciplinary team to provide group and individual counseling and therapy services in a culturally sensitive manner, aiming for optimal outcomes for a designated population with a multiplicity of problems. Services include assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, couple, child, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention.
