THERAPIST (MA/MSW)-PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a Master level Therapist to join our team, with both Full time and PRN positions available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic services for patients.
• Provide counseling sessions for families, individuals, and groups.
• Interview and develop psychosocial histories, assess therapeutic needs, and create appropriate treatment objectives and monthly treatment summaries.
• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for patients and families during their stay at the facility.
• Coordinate with the treatment team and family for discharge planning.
• Liaise with outside agencies and individuals to support patient care.
• Communicate clearly with multidisciplinary treatment teams, managed care representatives, adults, and patient families.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• One (1) year of direct clinical experience specific to family, individual, and group therapy (preferred).
