Therapist / Licensed Mental Health Clinician

About the role

We are building an integrated model where therapists are empowered to focus on what matters most: meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term healing. We are growing our Behavioral Health Division across Metro Atlanta and are seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists.

Responsibilities

• Support May Include Scheduling and patient coordination support
• Insurance credentialing assistance
• Billing and revenue cycle support
• Marketing and referral development
• Intake and patient onboarding assistance
• EMR and technology training/support
• Collaborative care coordination
• Office space and operational infrastructure

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license (or license eligibility) in one of the following: LPC / APC, LCSW / LMSW, LMFT / AMFT, Psychologist, other relevant behavioral health licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
