Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in both in-person and telehealth settings.
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision (available for LCSW/LICSW and MHC/LMHC).
Requirements
- Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Mental Health Counselor (MHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-person at one of our Massachusetts locations and/or via telehealth).

Pay
Annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000, based on a productivity model.
